In this talk, learn about how to prioritize your work so that you can focus on the strategic work that will move your product and your career forward.

Product managing a mature product is a very different beast. In this talk, I discusses unique challenges evolving a mature product poses, and share a few practical lessons I have learned to get ahead of them.
